I’m a senior executive with more than two decades of experience leading organizations, coalitions, and multi-sector initiatives across New York City. My work sits at the intersection of climate justice, environmental and climate resilience, equitable public space, and organizational effectiveness.
Educated in environmental science, planning, and policy—and trained in community-rooted practice and environmental justice by the Bronx—I help organizations and public systems navigate complexity, build capacity, and deliver measurable, lasting impact.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked across New York City’s government, nonprofit, and community sectors to restore urban rivers, expand waterfront access, build climate-ready parks, and strengthen organizations serving frontline neighborhoods. My leadership has stewarded more than $250 million in climate and capital investments, grown mission-driven organizations, and mobilized thousands of residents, students, and partners in shaping a more resilient, equitable city.
Through Greenfield Collaborative, I share this experience to help organizations, agencies, and coalitions advance bold, collaborative climate and equity solutions—rooted in community, grounded in science, and designed for long-term equity and resilience.
I currently serve in senior leadership at the Center for Earth Ethics, and I also take on selected consulting, advising, and interim leadership engagements that strengthen strategy, operations, governance, and cross-sector partnerships.
